It totally blows my mind that nobody in history could ever invent a see-though Peg Bag. Yes – a clothes peg bag, the creepy ones you use to hang the washing on the line with.
Or is it only me… Has no-one EVER thought about the possibility of a creepy spider finding the bag quite attractive as a nesting place? I think if I was a spider, I would probably fancy a nice, warm, soft, dark peg bag… wouldn’t you??
I ALWAYS catch myself wondering, hesitating, before I take a peg out of the bag. I can just imagine that 8-legged, hairy spider making, or rather creeping, it’s way up my arm.
Come to think of it – instead of keeping my pegs in the peg bag, I might just consider a plastic Ziploc bag in future.
…and that goes for the potatoes in the brown paper bag too!!
