Sometimes in life, we just know that we know, we just know what we know… and we tend to say “it was that little voice” that told me! NO, it’s no LITTLE voice, it’s the BIG Holy Spirit!
It’s amazing to see how things unfold when we are obedient, when we listen, when we do what we know we need to do. It takes courage yes, but if what you need to do isn’t scary enough then God can’t get the glory for it!
A (new) friend of ours heard the “little voice” telling him to come to South Africa – and specifically our home town, Nelspruit – all the way from America, to share their story of hope as part of their ministry, and as he took the step in faith to organise the events all over the country, the Lord is doing so much behind the scenes that I’m standing in awe. His plans are so much bigger than ours. He is fine-tuning every little bit of detail to such and extent that it leaves me speechless!
Do you have a dream or a plan for your life? Do you think or believe that God has a bigger or better dream for you?
I’m sure He does! Listen to that “little voice” and realise that it’s the BIG Holy Spirit and take that step in faith you need to take.
God is good all the time, and all the time God is good!
Proverbs 3:5-6:
Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart
And do not rely on your own insight or understanding.
In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him,
And He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].
